We realized it's probably a bit confusing trying to figure out how the muscle setup works in our characters; we haven't done a very good job of explaining that so far. So, in an effort to make up for previous shortcomings, here's a video that shows you how I used the muscles on a shot I'm working on with the Tyrannus rig.
